Helping Injured People

I don't represent corporations, employers or insurance companies. Since 1984, in Knoxville, Knox County and East Tennessee, I have restricted my practice to helping people who have been hurt. I help workers injured in work accidents on their jobs to get workers' compensation from either their employers or their employers' workers' compensation insurance company. I help those hurt in car crashes or other accidents, and those who suffer the wrongful death of a loved one.

Divorce, Child Custody

No matter how you feel about divorce morally, spiritually, or otherwise, if you are sued for divorce, you should protect your rights and the rights of your children. If sued for divorce, act quickly to protect your rights, because a divorce court can issue orders regardless of how you feel about divorce.

Especially in cases of violence, alcohol or drug abuse, it is important to safeguard an innocent spouse or children. This can be done various ways, including, or not including, suing for divorce.

I work with men, women, and families, to reach solutions for concerns about divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support ("alimony"), and property division.
